I found my passion for training very young age by utilizing the gym as my therapy, through working out I have been able to overcome anxiety and depression. I believe fitness is essential for mental and physical health.
I’ve been in the fitness industry for 7 years now, training a diverse group of clients ranging from age 5 years to 60 years old. I have a background in online coaching, individual coaching, group training, and sports nutrition, as well as a diverse knowledge of overall health and wellness. Hi, I’m Becky! I’m a mom of three, a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for over 15 years, and a Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. My passion for health and fitness started early through sports and athletics growing up, and over the years it grew into a lifestyle that became a huge part of who I am.
In 2017, after becoming a mom and looking for a new personal challenge, I stepped onto the bodybuilding competition stage and fell in love with the discipline, strength, and mental growth that came with the sport. Since then, I’ve continued to combine my clinical background, real-life experience, and love for fitness to help others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident both inside and outside the gym.
I love creating an encouraging environment where people feel comfortable showing up as themselves, working hard, and realizing they’re capable of more than they think. Whether I’m teaching classes, training clients, or simply motivating others through my own journey, my goal is always the same — to help people build strength, confidence, and balance in their lives.

I’m Nicole, I’ve been instructing spin since 2017 and haven’t looked back since. I love a good party on the bike and the importance of moving the body.

I have been a certified spin instructor for over 5 years in addition to being a real estate lawyer, mom, and wife.
What initially started as a way to relieve stress during law school turned into one of my biggest passions in life. I love to incorporate all types of music in my playlists and create different types of choreography and movements to work your body and also transform your workout into a class that people look forward to showing up to.
Spin class has totally transformed not only my life but also my mindset about exercise and I hope to inspire others and show them that fitness doesn’t have to be boring. It can also be fun while it transforms your mind, body, and soul.

Hi, I’m Mackenzie! If you’ve taken one of my classes before, you already know I LOVE a good beat drop, a fast sprint, and making it feel like we’re dancing on the bike instead of just working out. My classes are high energy, music driven, and full of choreography, rhythm, and those moments where everyone in the room is singing, sweating, and vibing together.
Outside of the studio, I work in the behavioral health field, so movement and fitness have become such an important outlet for me mentally. Spin has always been more than a workout to me, it’s stress relief, confidence building, therapy, and honestly one of the best parts of my week.
My playlists are all over the place in the best way possible. One class might have rap, EDM, and throwbacks, while the next could randomly include country, pop punk, or a themed ride because I heard one song and immediately built an entire playlist around it.
I’m also a very open and honest instructor. I bring my real energy into every class, whether that means hyping everyone up, pushing through a fast sprint or reminding riders that it’s okay to have hard days too. My goal is always to create a space where people can let go of whatever they walked in carrying and leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more confident than when they came in.
Watching riders grow, hit milestones, gain confidence, and become part of this community is seriously the best feeling ever. I’m so excited to keep riding, growing, sprinting, and dancing on the bike with all of you at Sault! 🚴🏼♀️✨

I’m a certified Schwinn Indoor Cycling Power Instructor, and I’ve been riding since 2018 and instructing for almost a year.
I bring big energy, controlled chaos, and a soundtrack that keeps people guessing. My vibe is equal parts hype and chaos in the best way possible. While my playlists lean heavily into EDM and high-energy beats, I’m actually a full-on hard rock and metal girl at heart.
Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me buried in a good book, hanging with my two golden retrievers, or spending as many beach days as possible soaking up the sun.
My classes are designed to feel electric from the second you walk in - less intimidating workout, more full-body release. Part party, part therapy, part “who am I becoming right now?”, my rides are built to help people disconnect from their day, let go of whatever they walked in carrying, and leave feeling stronger, more confident, and capable of doing hard things. Expect high energy, hype playlists, a little chaos, and an atmosphere that makes fitness actually feel fun.
