Our functional strength classes will focus on different movement patterns to help increase your daily mobility. You will focus on full range of motion exercises to help you increase your mobility all while building lean muscle and burning body fat.
Full Body Strength:
A full body exercise routine to help you build lean muscle and burn body fat at the same time. In this class, we will be using a variety of equipment to help you gain strength in the most important movement patterns to develop a strong lean physique.
Plyo HITT (high-intensity interval training)
Plyo HIIT 30 class is a high-intensity interval training class for all levels. Using body weight, weighted, and low-impact plyometric-based exercise to get a full body workout and elevate your heart rate all while defining a long lean muscle.
