Jared has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and a master’s degree in Strength and Conditions, both from Bridgewater State University. He has been working in the fitness field for more than 12 years and has also competed in collegiate nationals for both Olympic lifting and diving. Jared is a nutritional specialist and a body transformation expert.

Mike is a certified personal trainer and nutritional specialist who, over the last 7 years, has made his own body transformation from being 60lbs overweight to living a healthy, active lifestyle.
